Regular check-ins linked to company values and competences are crucial for maintaining a strong organizational culture, promoting ethical behavior, attracting and retaining talent and driving continuous improvement. By regularly assessing these aspects, companies can ensure that their actions align with their stated values, leading to more engaged teams and long-term success. You can follow up this evolution visually through the graphs displayed in your Results tab in your Reviews & Check-ins section.
