How to personalize the metrics in your 9-box
- Go to your Performance section and click on the Reviews and check-ins section.
- Next, click on the Create template button where you will be able to create your template or click on the Edit template button if your template is already created.
- Select the Configure 9-box option that appears on the lower left side of your screen. A new window will open.
- Select which metric will be used to calculate the 9-box in each axis between the available options:
- AVG of Performance Competencies: When selected it takes into account the average score of all the competences that have been assigned to Performance in the person’s career path.
- AVG of Potential Competences: When selected it extracts the average score of all the competences that have been assigned to a person’s potential in the career path.
- AVG of goals: When selected it takes into account the average of the score that the manager has provided when evaluating the accomplishment of the goals assigned to that person.
- Add a personalized label to each axis for fully customizing the 9-box to your organization culture.
- Finally, click on the Save configuration button to save all your changes.
Now, everytime that you use that template, the configuration for the 9-box metrics will be applied to the review launched.
