Review campaigns contain highly sensitive and confidential information. As such, simply having visibility permissions for the Review & Check-ins section is not sufficient to access them. To safeguard this sensitive data, review campaigns are protected by an additional layer of security.
This extra level of protection ensures that not all administrators — even those with full or limited visibility — can automatically view or manage review campaigns. Instead, access must be explicitly granted.
Only a Super Administrator has the authority to provide this access. They must manually assign visibility over specific campaigns to the relevant administrator. This ensures tight control over who can view and interact with performance or review-related data, helping maintain confidentiality and compliance across the organization.
To provide permissions to an administrator over a specific campaign, follow the steps described below:
- Access your Performance section and click on Reviews & Check-ins section.
- Next, access the review campaign and click on the three dots icon that appears on the upper right hand side of your screen.
- Select the Administrators option. Add the name or names of the administrators using the drop down menu. When ready, click on the Update visibility button.
From this moment, the administrator/s will have visibility over the campaign results.
⚠️Revise carefully the new administrator permissions over the Reviews & Check-ins module as they could be able to modify the campaign if some permissions have been applied.
What information will the administrator be able to see in the campaign?
Information visibility over the campaign for administrators is connected to the Group Visibility settings that each administrator is given at the moment of creating their account. See here for more information about groups visibility.
Depending on the groups visibility configuration, administrators will be able to see the following information:
- Full access in groups visibility: The administrator will be able to see all the people that are participating in the campaign.
- Limited access in groups visibility: The administrator will be able to only see the groups of people that they have visibility over, for example, if the administrator is a manager they will only be able to see the feedback provided by their team.
