The 9-box matrix is generated on reviews that have included questions that have competences associated in order to measure each person’s individual performance and potential. The 9-box matrix provides a visual representation of an organization that allows managers and People departments to identify high-potential individuals, high performers as well as those who may need further development or support within the organization. See more information about the 9-Box matrix here.
The information displayed in the 9-box grid is restricted to ensure confidentiality and is only visible to Super Administrators or to Administrators who have been explicitly granted visibility over the full corresponding review campaign or only over the 9-box grid. This added layer of security helps protect sensitive talent assessment data from being accessed by unauthorized users.
Importantly, participants in the review process do not have access to the 9-box information. Even when the results of a review are shared with them, the 9-box ratings and classifications remain hidden, as they are intended for administrative and strategic decision-making purposes only.
