Typically, the results of a review campaign are shared by managers with each member of their team prior to holding a 1:1 meeting. These meetings are intended to review and discuss the feedback, performance insights, and any potential areas for development. This process is fully streamlined and guided when the Results Delivery phase of a campaign is activated, ensuring that both managers and team members follow a consistent, structured flow for transparency and engagement.
However, there may be instances where a manager is unable to complete this task—whether due to time constraints, absence, or organizational changes (such as a change in reporting lines). In such cases, it becomes the responsibility of the campaign administrator to step in and ensure that the participant receives their results.
To send manually a review campaign results to a participant perform the following steps:
- Go to your Performance section and click on Reviews & Check-ins.
- Next, access the review campaign and click on the View button that appears next to the participant name whose results you want to send.
- If your review campaign has been configured with a Participation Phase and Results delivery phase, to send the results click on the Responses tab and next click on the Send Results button. Finally click on Yes, send and the results will be sent by email to the participant.
If your review campaign has a Calibration Phase, to send the results you need to click on the Final Results tab and next click on the Send results button. Finally click on Yes, send and the results will be sent by email to the participant.
