Nailted review process workflow has been designed to be fully guided for the participants according to the set up that the administrator has established when launching the review. However, there are two types of notifications that a participant in a review process can receive:
1. Automatic notifications
The system automatically will inform each participant of what actions need to perform at each campaign phase (nomination, participation, calibration or results delivery), providing a full guidance of what is required they do at each moment.
Besides, the system is also sending reminders of actions that need to be performed as this is a very important process that requires the highest participation levels.
💡Administrators will have full visibility of the status of the campaign, having full control over it.
2. Manual notifications
On occasions, administrators want to send custom notifications to all the participants in order to send an update about the review process or encourage users participation personally. To send a manual notification follow the steps described below:
- Go to the Performance section and access the campaign that you want to send a notification to their participants.
- Next, click on the three dots icon that appears on the upper right corner of the screen. Select the Contact with participants option.
- A new window will appear where you can Choose to whom you want to notify from the options that will appear on the dropdown:

- To all managers with pending nominations: This option is used on the nomination phase to send a message to all the managers that haven’t finished to decide who will provide feedback about whom.
- To all people with pending reviews: By choosing this option you will send a notification to all the participants that have one or more feedback pending to be sent.
- To all managers with pending calibrations: Managers are notified about any pending calibrations to be done.
- To all managers with pending results delivery: A notification is sent to managers reminding them to configure a 1:1 meeting and send the results to their direct reports.
- To the involved managers: A notification is sent at any campaign phase to all the managers involved.
- To those who will receive a review: Everyone that will receive a review from another person will receive a notification at any campaign phase.

💡The dropdown options will appear depending on the campaign configuration set.
- Add the notification Subject and write your message on the textbox provided. Finally, click on the Send message button to notify everyone.
Everyone will receive your customized notification on their selected communication channel.
