There are two different ways to disable users that have left the organization:
1. Automatically through an integration
If you use certain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) softwares that Nailted can integrate with, the system can automatically bring/update all the information from your software into Nailted every 24 hours, making the daily management easier. The supported softwares are the following:
💡The leaving reason of each person will be integrated in Nailted automatically through the integration.
2. Manually
In those cases in which you are not integrated with a HR software you can always disable employees through the platform. There are two different ways to disable manually users in Nailted:
1. Disable a single user
On those cases in which you require to disable only one user, follow the steps described below:

- Go to your Team section and select Team.
- Next, search the employee that you would like to disable and access their personal profile.
💡You can use the search engine to speed up your search.

- Once inside the employee personal profile, click on the Disable member button. A new window will open.
- Select the last day of work for that person and select the employee leaving reason from the possible options:

- Employee decision: The employee decided to terminate the contractual agreement with your organization voluntarily. You can add a more specific reason on the dropdown below. appears.
- Company decision: The organization decided to terminate the contractual agreement with the employee for any given reason. You can add a more specific reason on the dropdown below.
- Other reason: Write here any other reason that is not covered by the previous ones, for example, the end of an internship period, etc. All the reasons that you add will be visible on the dropdown menu in the future.

💡 On those cases that the reason to disable an employee is for example a mistake in their email address, you can disable the Add leaving reason button and that person will not compute for the calculation of the turnover rate.

- Finally click on the Confirm button to save your changes.
This team member has been successfully disabled and it will start computing for the data shown in the turnover rate section that appears on your dashboard.
2. Disable multiple users at the same time
If you would like to disable multiple users at the same time that share a date and leaving reason you can do it on bulk following these steps:
- Go to your Team section and select Team.
- Next, review your employee list and click on the box that appears next to the user name to select the users that you would like to disable.
- Once you have all the people selected, click on the Disable button. A new window will appear.
- Select the last day of work for that person and select the employee leaving reason from the possible options:

- Employee decision: The employee decided to terminate the contractual agreement with your organization voluntarily. You can add a more specific reason on the dropdown below.
- Company decision: The organization decided to terminate the contractual agreement with the employee for any given reason. You can add a more specific reason on the dropdown below.
