To create an on-going campaign follow the steps below:

Go to Reviews and click on Create new campaign. Next select the template that you would like to use from the ones available.

Add the title and description that you want to give to your On-going campaign. Select the Continue button when ready.
💡Remember to include a representative description as this is the information participants will see before they participate in the campaign.

Review that the questions that appear on the template are the ones you want and click Continue.

Select the participants of the campaign, it can be everyone in the company or the groups that you determine.

Establish the participants' working days by enabling the button Include people only who have been with the company for a minimum of time and add the number on the text box.

Next, decide how participants will be added to the campaign choosing one of the following options:

On-cycle: All people belonging to the group will start their participation at the same time having into account the start and end date established.

On-going: All members of the selected group will be added at the beginning of the campaign and, in addition, they will be added to the campaign as new people join the group who meet the time requirements.

Finally, choose the campaign format and duration and click on the Configure and review assignments button that will save the campaign in your draft section till you decide to start it and send it over to the participants.
Configuration example
On-going campaign configuration to evaluate the onboarding of new employees after 30 days.

To create a group: Go to your Team section and click on Groups.

Select the Add new group button. Then give it a name, in this case Onboarding, and select the Dynamic group type. Click Continue.

Select the conditions that the employees meet, in this case we want to include employees who have been with the company for 30 days: first day of work between 1 and 31 days.

Next, click on Add conditions and your group will be created.

Once you have created the group, direct yourself to the Reviews & check-ins section and click on Create new campaign.

Select the campaign template you need (e.g. Satisfaction in the current position). Remember that it is possible to create a new personalized campaign template.

Add the title and description you want to give to your ongoing campaign and click Continue.

Select the Only specific groups option and choose the Onboarding group that we created earlier.

Since we want this review to be sent 30 days after the start, we will activate the Filter by working days and set it up to 30 days.

Select the on-going button, as in this case we are starting the evaluation before there is any member on the group.

Finally, check the duration of the phases of participation and delivery of results. Next, click on Configure and review assignments which will save your campaign as a draft until you decide to start the campaign and send it to the participants.
