You can create as many groups as you want and, once these are created, view the data as this is calculated automatically.
You can create your groups from the "Groups" tab in the "Team" section.
Examples of the groups you can create
By department
Ex: Technology, Marketing, Administration.
Is the Tech team getting enough recognition?
By work location
Ex: Office, Telework, Mixed.
Do people who telecommute have enough autonomy to do their job well?
By location
Ex: Rome / Madrid / Chicago.
Will people working in Rome feel like part of the team?
By role
Ex: Managers / Area managers / Team managers.
Are the area managers satisfied with the quality of the feedback they receive?
By work experience
E.g. Senior, Junior, Internship.
Do interns receive the help they need?
By the length of service
Ex: Less than 1 year, between 1 and 5 years, more than 5 years.
Are people who have been with the company for more than 5 years still satisfied?
By salary
Less than 25/year, Between 25 and 50, More than 50
Will the lowest paid people be satisfied with their salary?
By age
Ex: Less than 35, Between 35 and 50, more than 50.
Are people under 25 proud of the company's image?
By nationality
Ex: Italian, Spanish, French.
Do people from another country trust their colleagues?
By gender
Ex: Female, Male, Other.
Do women think their salary is fair?
By type of family
Ex: With children, without children.
Are people with children satisfied with the company's work-life balance measures?
By means of transportation
