The mood map gathers information from questions related to motivation, autonomy and psychological safety, which are included in the Nailted surveys. The mood map is a valuable tool for several key purposes within an organization:
- Preventing burnout: It allows managers and Human Resources departments to identify employees who are consistently in the apathy zone or showing signs of disengagement.
- Understanding what matters: Seeing the evolution of the emotional trends of people and teams over time, will provide insights into how they are feeling in response to company initiatives, changes or events.
- As a company thermometer: It offers a visual representation of the overall emotional state of the different teams within the company enabling leaders to make informed decisions about where to focus their attention.
