The mood map gathers information that has been acquired from questions related to motivation, autonomy and psychological safety which are part of the questions included in Nailted surveys. Therefore, not all the questions that are part of the surveys will impact the mood map.
One of Nailted’s core principles is preserving the anonymity of users who respond to surveys, and this principle is upheld across the entire platform. For this reason, when a person is removed from a group, their dot on the mood map is not immediately removed; it remains for a certain period of time to maintain their anonymity.
If the person has left the organization, no further surveys will be conducted. However, if the person has simply changed departments, for example, their new responses will be counted to position them within the mood map of the new group.
