When adding a new user, adding their personal attributes in Nailted is very important as they can be used for segmenting the information that is being gathered through surveys through the use of dynamic groups. However, attributes go beyond just organizing feedback from employees, as they are a fundamental key for turnover forecasting providing organizations with the tools to improve employee retention (learn how attributes are used for turnover forecasting here).
