Some employees may come up on the incorrect email users list if we receive an error message from their email server when sending an email to their address.
The reason why Nailted can’t contact these emails is because they don’t exist, which is usually because it was entered incorrectly in the system. In this case, you would have to double check that the emails are correct.
If there are any errors, edit the email and mark it as correct on the list. From then on Nailted will go back to sending emails to that address.
