Segmenting metrics by employee responses to the eNPS is crucial for any organization as it provides a more granular understanding of employee satisfaction, allowing for targeted improvements that can enhance the overall employee experience and business outcomes. Segmenting Nailted metrics by groups of promoters, passives and detractors is important for the following reasons:
- Key metrics for Promoters, Passives and Detractors can be identified.
- Knowing the metrics associated with each eNPS group allows organizations to create tailored programs or policies.
- Understanding what matters most to Promoters, Passives and Detractors helps HR departments to focus on strategies that improve employee loyalty and retention.
- Segmenting metrics reveals areas where employee experience can be improved for each group, leading to a more holistic understanding of the workplace culture and better overall employee morale.
- It helps leaders to align organizational priorities with employee satisfaction by addressing key pain points highlighted by all groups.
In conclusion, using this information an organization can create a more responsive, supportive work environment that encourages high performance, loyalty and satisfaction among its employees.
How Nailted places people within each group?
The eNPS question is sent to all employees once each natural month as part of regular Nailted surveys. Once a person has answered the eNPS question, automatically they are added into the Promoters, Passives or Detractors group that Nailted has created automatically into your account.
🔒Promoters, Passives and Detractors groups will not appear on your Groups section as they are intended for filtering information and this way anonymity is secured.
An employee will leave the Promoters, Passives or Detractors in the following cases:
- The employee has changed their response in the latest eNPS cycle. For example, a person answered in the first survey with a 10 being a promoter, but in the following eNPS question they answered a 7 becoming a passive.
- The employee hasn’t participated in the last 90 days. The system hasn’t registered any answer to the eNPS question from this employee in the last 90 days.
Where can I use the groups divided by eNPS?
The groups by eNPS response can be used along the following Nailted modules:
- Mood map: You will be able to consult the position in the moodmap of the people according to their eNPS response, allowing you to have a better understanding of their motivation, autonomy and psychological safety.
- eNPS and metrics section: Review your metrics directly by Promoters, Passives and Detractors to understand better what their worries are.
- Group list: Compare all the groups of a category easily.
- Evolution and Groups comparison: Compare in more detail different groups to understand their patrons at a glance.
💡These modules are only available in some plans.
When consulting information about these groups, it is very important to take into account the time frame filters in each section, as it is possible that the same user responses are present in two different groups. For example, a person can be a passive but in the following month when the eNPS question is sent, that person can become a detractor; if the filter of 60 days is used, that person will appear in the Passives and Detractors groups.
