Regularly measuring eNPS is crucial for tracking employee sentiment, identifying trends, and responding quickly to issues before they escalate. It helps improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture by ensuring feedback is continuously heard and acted upon. Regular eNPS surveys also align with business changes, measure the impact of initiatives, and boost productivity. The ideal frequency depends on company needs and for that reason Nailted allows you to adjust the frequency in which the eNPS question is sent.
How to configure the eNPS question frequency
Nailted offers 3 different frequencies for sending the eNPS question to employees in order to adjust to the different company needs. To modify the eNPS frequency follow up the steps described below:
- Access to your Settings section and click on the Company tab.
- Click on the Change frequency button that appears under the Submit eNPS question section.
- Select the frequency desired from the options available:
-
- Every 30 days (Default platform setting)
- Every natural month (12 times per year)
- Last month of each quarter (4 times per year)
- If you choose the options of every natural month or last month of each quarter, choose the day in which the question will be sent.
💡If the chosen day is a weekend, the system will send the question the following Monday.
- Click on the Save button to save your changes.
In which ways Nailted encourages people to answer the eNPS question?
The system tries to encourage people to answer the eNPS question at least once in the selected time period, to achieve that, we have several ways:
- Including the eNPS question as another question within the regular Nailted survey.
- Asking the eNPS question after sending claps.
- Asking the eNPS question when they are looking at their position in the mood map.
