Where can I review Nailted surveys questions?

At Nailted, we have meticulously ensured that our surveys are grounded in scientific research and guided by best practices. Our rigorous process is designed to create surveys that are both clear and meaningful.

As a result, the themes addressed in our surveys are universally applicable to any group of individuals, facilitating the collection of valuable insights. This enables the company to comprehensively understand employee sentiments and identify areas for workplace improvement.

Where can I review Nailted survey questions?

All the questions that are part of our surveys can be revised within the platform having two different possibilities: 

1. Review at metric level

Nailted questions are distributed among 10 different metrics which are the highest level of segmentation. By revising questions at this level, you will be able to have a general view of which questions affect each metric. 

To review questions at metric level follow the steps described below: 

1. Go to your Settings ⚙️ section. 
2. On the eNPS & metrics section click on the See key metrics button that appears next to Questions that compose the key metrics. 
3. A new window will be displayed containing all the questions and the key metric they belong to. 

💡 To see all the questions belonging to the same metric, search the metric name into the search engine. 

2. Review at submetric level

Each one of the 10 metrics in which Nailted questions are distributed is composed of 3 submetrics that represent one of the subtopics that compose the metric. The revision at submetric level will provide you with a deeper understanding of what subtopics are gathered within each metric. 

To review questions at submetric level follow the next steps: 

1. Go to the Engagement section and select the Metrics tab. 
2. Select the metric that you would like to review the questions that compose it. 
3. Next, the different submetrics that compose the metric will be displayed. Click on the Details button that appears under the selected submetric. 
4. You will be redirected to a new page where all the questions that compose that submetric are visible. 

Repeat this process to review all the questions that compose each submetric. 

How can I disable a Nailted question?

Nailted recommends you not to disable any questions as we have ensured that our surveys are backed by scientific research and driven by best practices, and we have followed a thoughtful process to create clear and meaningful surveys.

However, we understand that on some occasions you would like to disable a specific question, so you will be able to do it following these steps: 

1. Go to your Settings ⚙️ section. 
2. On the eNPS & metrics section click on the See key metrics button that appears next to Questions that compose the key metrics. 
3. A new window will be displayed containing all the questions, identifying the question you would like to disable. 

💡 You can use the search engine to easily find the question. 

4. Click on the three dots icon that appears next to the question and select the Disable question button. 
5. Confirm your action by clicking on the Disable button. 

From this moment, the question will not be sent to anyone from your organization, however it is possible to still receive some replies if this question was already sent in a prior survey cycle.
