Once you launch Nailted within your organization, the next sequence of steps will happen:
- Nailted Welcome notification: A notification will be sent to everyone explaining what is Nailted and they will be able to answer their first question, the eNPS question.
Once the system gathers the first data from this first question, administrators will receive a notification inviting them to see their first data.
💡If the starting date of employees have been added into the system, the eNPS question won’t be sent to those members that have have joined the company in the last 30 days as they do not have yet the enough company knowledge to have formed an opinion.
- First Nailted Survey: The following day to have received the welcome notification, the first survey containing 10 questions (one question belonging to each of the 10 Nailted metrics) will be sent to the employees.
Once the system starts to gather answers, you will see information in all Nailted metrics, showing the company engagement.
💡New company members will not be receiving this survey till they have been in the company 30 days as they do not have yet the enough company knowledge to have formed an opinion.
What reliability will have the information gathered at this point?
Based on participation, each of the metrics and sub-metrics show information regarding the level of reliability, being the available values:
- Low reliability
- Medium reliability
- High reliability
The data of the number of people that has participated and the participation percentage can be seen if you hover your mouse over the reliability section in each metric.
As the system has started to collect the first data through the first survey sent, the data will have low reliability and it will be needed to gather further information to start revising the data in depth and extracting conclusions.
