To make things simple, we have included labels that categorize the reliability of the data.
You will find these labels next to each metric and sub-metric.
We have divided them into high, medium and low reliability so that at a glance you know when you can take that value as a relevant insight or when you should wait to collect more data to take it into account.
At Nailted we have relied on statistical studies to determine when data has high, medium or low reliability.
For example, data with high reliability is one that is representative of the group and we determine this by having more than 60% participation or containing more than 30 responses from different people in the period evaluated.
