1 How Nailted categorizes messages according to their relevance using Nailted AI?
Processing a large amount of incoming feedback messages can become quite a complicated task and it is very difficult to process them all. In order to help you we have applied Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to our message section that will classify messages according to their relevance so you can carry on with your answering process in the most effective way possible.
Nailted classifies all your messages adding 3 different tags according to the relevance of their content which will help you to process all incoming feedback, at a glance you will be able to detect the most important messages that should be dealt with immediately.
The tags that can be assigned to messages are the following:
- Very high relevance: These messages have been marked as very important due to their content and they should be the first ones that you revise. We advise you to always take the necessary time to reply to all the messages that have this tag.
- High relevance: The AI has detected that these messages deal with important content and should be reviewed after the very high messages have been answered. Due to their important relevance, we advise you to always carefully review these messages and reply to all of them.
- Easy reply: This tag is applied to messages that provide less sensitive content but that it is worthwhile to review and answer to keep participants engaged. These messages can be answered with a short answer.
💡If no follow up from the participant is expected to keep your inbox organized, we recommend you to archive it. In the case that a response is sent to an archived message, this one will reappear on your inbox.

Answering all feedback is crucial to ensure the success of your engagement efforts. But not all messages need to be responded with the same level of detail or in the same timely manner. Nailted tags are designed to be used in a certain way that will allow you to process all your incoming messages more efficiently, here is how we recommend you to use the new IA tags:
- Always start by revising all those messages that the AI has tagged with a very high relevance as they contain information that you can’t miss and should reply as soon as possible.
- After this step is done, it depends: Do you have a manageable amount of easy-reply messages? You can continue with “easy-reply” or with “high relevance” depending on the volume of messages in each tag.
a) It’s probably a good idea to clear your inbox by answering all of those messages. It’s an easy job which will clearly send a message to your team that you’re reading their messages. And since these are easy to reply to, you probably will do it quickly. Also, it’s quite motivating to continue answering when you see your inbox much cleaner.
b) If you have a lot of easy-reply messages, it may be more effective to continue with those with high relevance as you don’t want to leave these messages without being replied today.
- When you have finished answering all the tagged messages, there are probably still some unresponded messages left in your inbox, but less than before. You should continue with these to finish the task and ensure everyone feels their feedback is being listened to.
