Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have been understood to be extremely important aspects necessary to build a strong, stable and healthy culture, especially in an increasingly globalized world, which is why we want to show you how you can measure it with Nailted and have some KPIs you can use to make data-driven decisions.
How to measure DE&I with Nailted
To easily and reliably measure it, you can use Nailted’s Custom Polls feature, with which you can create your own survey using our directory of DE&I survey questions and/or following one of the three types of surveys below that we recommend, obtaining KPIs that are unique to each factor (diversity, equity and inclusion).
You will find all the information on custom polls and how to create them here.
Light survey
You can use this type of survey to get a first glimpse on the DE&I situation of your organization. You can add it to your workflow, see how it evolves and deepen it when you see fit.
These surveys should contain around 3 questions per individual metric (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and should be sent along with Nailted’s surveys with a periodicity of 3 months.
Extended survey
You can use these surveys to consistently collect qualitative and quantitative data you can tangibly use to make strategic decisions in your organization.
These surveys should contain 5-8 questions per individual metric and should be sent along with Nailted’s surveys with a periodicity of 2 months.
Detailed survey
After you have had a good preview of the DE&I situation thanks to the two previous survey types, you can use the detailed surveys to really deepen your understanding of DE&I within your organization and even keep measuring it as a key metric for your account.
These surveys should contain 8-10 questions per individual metric and should be sent instantaneously with a short periodicity (1 month or less).
