Configuring manager-report relationships is the first step for admins to know, directly and nominally, how motivated each person in the company is or if someone is at risk.
When a manager performs a 1:1 with a report, at the end of the meeting the manager responds to how motivated that person is, and this information is also visible to the administrators.
With this you can detect if a person is at risk, if team engagement is good and also who runs and who doesn’t run 1:1 meetings in the company.
