More flexibility for manager changes on Check-ins
Now you can change managers during the calibration phase, even in those cases in which the previous manager has already calibrated the results. The new manager will have visibility over the calibration given and will be able to make modifications if needed.
More control for managers over groups assignation
Flexibility for filtered visibility administrators to decide in which groups a new person added to Nailted will belong to.
Enhancement of visibility when synchronization with HR software
When your HR software is connected to Nailted, managers are directly assigned into your HR software and transferred into Nailted. Now all administrators will be aware of this fact, being able to request the main administrator if any changes need to be made.
More granularity in Reviews & Check-ins visualization
In order to have a better visualization of the status of each person during a review that it is sent to different groups, a new filter by group has been implemented that will allow to consult the status of each group during each phase of a review.
There have been other improvements affecting reviews & check-ins:
- Improvement of a review analytics graph.
- Adjustment of questions enhancement during a review template creation.
- Enhancement in visualization of participants and managers emails and names in a review campaign.
Upgrade of administrators claps section
A new visualization of claps usage will allow administrators to measure claps evolution within each team and over time. Besides, as company values are important the percentage and number of claps sent associated to each one of your company values will be displayed.

The Initiatives module enables you to set up initiatives within Nailted and measure whether they are having an impact on the metrics you have identified as presenting problems. This means that initiatives are used to track the progress of an action taken by the organization to resolve or track any event that has taken place or will take place that has an effect on a metric.
