Improvement of flow to send results on Reviews & Check-ins
Schedule directly your 1:1 meeting to share results with your direct report from inside the same review section from where also you can send the review results.
New visibility for stage progression on reviews
When an administrator manually moves a person to a different stage or if the person is moved automatically now it will be indicated next to the stage name. This will allow administrators to have better control over the campaign progression.
Create a new version of a check-in template
Now you can duplicate all the information contained in a custom check-in template by creating a new version where you can make all the necessary changes.
Improvement on HR software integrations
In order to improve the experience, the information that is being sent directly by your HR software won’t be possible to be changed on Nailted as those fields are now disabled as the daily synchronisation would delete them.
Refinement of the notification for messages assignment
Copy improvement on the messages notification system, specially in the case of messages that have been assigned and unassigned.
More flexibility for managers to deliver a review campaign results
When a review campaign has been set up to deliver the results through a 1:1 meeting managers that wish to perform the 1:1 meeting outside Nailted will be able to send the results directly without having to create a 1:1 series on Nailted.
Notification to main campaign administrator before each review phase finishes
The main campaign administrator will receive an informative notification a day before the date set for the end of the campaign phase. This notification is sent with enough time to allow you to extend the phase deadline, if needed.
