New flow to provide information access to administrators
There are two types of information visibility access for administrators depending of what information they need to have access to:
Full access: The user will have full visibility over the information of all the people within the organization.
Limited access: The user will only have visibility over the groups of people that are selected using the Groups visibility dropdown. It is also possible to set up which groups will be filtrable by configuring them in the Groups filter section.

Messages assignment and notification system
Administrators with access to messages will be able to assign a message to another person, but only to other administrators that have visibility over the group to which the person that has written the feedback belongs to. Once the message has been assigned a notification will be sent to inform the assignee.

Refinement on check-in campaigns.
- Improvement on UI on the instructions shown prior to start a check-in.
- Better visualization on calibration reviews when a question is skipped.
- Refinement of visualization when a manager is changed while the check-in is in progress. In case that the old manager has already provided feedback, it will be saved.
Structure your groups adding categories
Organize and provide structure to your groups adding one extra information layer adding group categories:
These categories will be used in your messages section to always show you the most useful information about the feedback you receive.

Improvement of UI when seeing a Check-in results
Now you will be able to see the participant chosen option from the scale and below the comment that has been added. This new visualization will provide you with all the information you need at a glance.
Refinement of Custom Poll visibility
Filtered administrators will now have an improved visibility of all the Custom Polls results or in which people from one of their assigned groups have participated from their Custom Polls section.
Messages from the Mood map
Direct access to the last conversation that has been started with a person from the mood map either by that administrator or by another that has visibility over the group the person belongs to.
Upgrade on metrics reliability
Improvement on the calculation of low, medium and high reliability labels within a metric according to the total number of questions answered to provide highly accurate results.
Add categories in batches to groups
Add a category to several groups at the same time by selecting the checkbox that appears in front of each group.
Enhancement of the visualization of campaign results
Extra column added to the Results tab of a review showing the average performance of each person.
Results graph that shows the evolution of a campaign that has been linked to your company values or competences.

New notifications for messages
A new notification email will be sent providing a summary of the messages that have arrived during the set period of time (i.e. instantly, daily or weekly) providing the following information:
Total number of unread messages
Messages assigned to you
Number of messages assigned to others.
Creation of a denylist for integrations
There are some cases in which within your HR software there are certain people that do not need to be synchronized every 24 hours and to prevent it you can add their email address to a denylist.
