Adjustments to review templates
The admin can decide if managers need to give their review on the participation phase or they will do it on the calibration phase. This will help to alleviate the managersโ working load in case they are in charge of large teams.
More customized custom poll
More functionalities that will allow you to do the following:

Duplicate custom polls: Duplicate any of your previous custom polls to be used again and modify it, if needed.

Reorder questions: Change the questionsโ order display using the arrows that appear next to each question.

Summary displayed before launch: You will be able to see all the questions that will be sent prior to saving it as a draft, being able to go back and make changes, if needed.

1:1 meeting templates

Apply templates to configured 1:1 series: Apply any newly created template when you schedule your next 1:1 meeting with a person by selecting the chosen template from the select template section dropdown.

Inform which template is being used in a 1:1 series: When displaying the 1:1 meetings from one manager, see the name of the template that is being used, and even if no template has been selected.

Unpublish a 1:1 template: Unpublish a 1:1 template at any time. Managers will be able to use the template one last time and inform them that they will need to choose another one for the next 1:1 meeting.

Improvements on talking points
Comment directly on talking points prior or during the meeting directly, no matter who has been the person that has added them. This will provide agility to your meeting.
Custom metrics visible on evolution graph
Before custom metrics could only be seen under My metrics section, but now you will
be able to see their evolution together with all Nailted metrics.
Change on iconography on current phase
Addition of an animated icon in reviews & check-ins that shows which phase is currently active.

Refinement of values & competences usage

While a review campaign is in progress it is not possible to eliminate a value or competency.

A value & competence can be modified, but a warning message will appear as it will affect the questions that refer to that value or competency in the review that it is in progress.
