What are the different ways to send a custom poll?

There are two different ways you can send your custom polls, with Nailted’s next survey and instantly, giving you more options to use our tool in a way that exactly fits your needs. Send with Nailted’s next survey

The first is to send your new questions along with the regular surveys Nailted is already sending. This option is the one we recommend more, because on top of keeping the regular rhythm of the questions, this method avoids sending more notifications to the team and overwhelming them, which we found helps achieve better response rates.

This option is already toggled by default when you reach the Delivery Options step during the creation of your poll. Once you click Continue and go to the next and last step, you can review the configuration of your poll and send it by clicking the Send in the next Survey button.

Send instantly

The second way to send your custom polls is instantly. This will send an extra notification to your team, but the results will be reflected in your metrics faster. You can choose this option by clicking on the Instant box in the Delivery options screen during the creation of your poll. Once you click Continue and go to the next and last step, you can review the configuration of your poll and send it by clicking the Send Now button.


Note: Remember that if you have chosen to send the poll with the next Nailted survey and you have toggled recurrency on, the questions of the custom poll will be automatically added to Nailted’s regular surveys every chosen periodicity (every 1,2 or 3 months).
